Dear Forest View Families,

Your Forest View PTA would like to invite you to join the PTA and share in making this another wonderful year.  Did you know that besides completing the attached form that there are NO requirements of a PTA member?  

For only $10 per individual or $16 per family, you can join the PTA and show that you support our school, teachers, parents and most importantly, our children.  A portion of your money is given to the State and National PTA to help support and create laws that benefit all students. (For more information on the State PTA’s work, you can go to www.wastatepta.org .)  The rest of your money stays right here at our school, so we can support our students and teachers with fabulous before and after school events. 

Did you know that our PTA funded Popcorn Fridays, Art Docent and Reflections programs, the Scholastic Book Fairs, Fun Run and Field Day, 5th Grade Celebration, Moms/Dads and Muffins/Doughnuts, Classroom Grants, Carnival, and School Dance? 

Please show your support for your school by becoming a PTA member.   Just fill out this form and return with your payment (cash or check made payable to “Forest View PTA”) to your child’s teacher.
