Forest View PTA has created several forms that help our PTA machine run -- and help give other Team Members the details they need to move your project forward.   If you need copies made,  need a PTA expense reimbursed, or are leading an event for the organization...these forms are where you begin!

All volunteers in Everett Public Schools must complete a volunteer application and Washington State Patrol disclosure statement in order to volunteer. Please bring your completed form to the Forest View school office, or mail your application to the address below and plan for at least a two-week processing period.

For one hour a week or one day a month, your caring presence can motivate students to achieve. Anyone wishing to volunteer, partner with our schools, provide resources to our schools, or contribute to educational decision-making is encouraged to call:
